Roof Repair Smedway sends Roof Repair specialists across Sixes who scope the actual damage, not just the symptom, so you're not paying to fix the same leak twice.
General handymen patch what's visible and move on. Our Roof Repair technicians trace a leak back to its actual source — a cracked pipe boot, a lifted shingle tab, a nail pop — before any repair goes down.
We also stand behind every Roof Repair with a written guarantee, so a repair that fails prematurely gets fixed again at no extra charge.
Licensing gets verified before a crew lead is ever assigned to a Sixes job.
Crews carry common repair materials, cutting down on return-trip delays for Sixes calls.
You approve the number, then we start — never the other way around.
Every diagnostic finding gets explained to you in plain terms, not left vague.
If you're not sure which category your issue falls into, describe it when you call and we'll point you in the right direction.
We match shingle color and profile as closely as possible so a Sixes repair doesn't stand out.
We reseal and re-flash trouble spots that general contractors often overlook entirely.
We trace water intrusion back to its actual entry point, not just the ceiling stain below it.
Every pipe penetration and vent collar gets checked and resealed as part of a full repair visit.
Soft or spongy spots usually mean the decking underneath has started to rot and needs replacing, not just resealing.
Cracked or lifted ridge caps compromise the highest, most exposed part of your Sixes roof first.
Tell us what you're seeing and where, and we'll get a technician scheduled fast.
Crews based in Sixes, OR keep Sixes response times realistic, not a multi-week wait.
We inspect the damage, trace any leak to its source, and hand you a written quote on the spot.
Once approved, the repair is completed the same visit whenever possible, with a workmanship guarantee.
